			<description><![CDATA[ Right now I understand that (with mod and admin exceptions) you can block anonymous visitors to your board and that is great. It&#39;s either all or none at
this point.

But...what I want is to be able to block anon people but have a script that will allow me to make exceptions to that. I want to block anon visitors except for
maybe 3 or 4 people who are not mods and admins.
